Shipping policy

Nothing in this store is shipped physically. Every product is digital and is delivered by email and by download the moment your payment clears.

How delivery works

• You pay at checkout.
• A confirmation page appears with your download links.
• The same links are emailed to the address you entered at checkout, normally within a few minutes.

There is no shipping cost, no waiting time and no customs or import duty, because nothing physical crosses a border.

What you receive

Depending on the pack you bought, your files may include a PDF, an interactive HTML reader, audio files, text files intended for use with AI assistants, and editable design templates. The product page lists exactly what is included before you buy.

You will need a device able to open standard PDF, HTML, audio and text files. Editable design templates require a free account with the relevant design tool.

If your files do not arrive

The email is automated, so the usual causes are simple ones:

• Check your spam, promotions and junk folders. This is the cause the vast majority of the time.
• Check the address you typed at checkout. A single wrong character sends the email nowhere.
• Wait a few minutes. Delivery is usually immediate but email providers occasionally delay messages.

If it still has not arrived, email contact@hookywrite.com with the address you used at checkout and your order number if you have it. We will resend your links. We aim to answer within 2 business days.

Lost files later on

If you lose your files after downloading them, email us and we will send fresh links. Your access does not expire.
